Jody Urquhart

Jody is a motivational speaker with a focus on using humor and purpose to enhance wellness and perspective. She is known for her infectious energy and enthusiasm, and is one of Canada’s most sought-after conference speakers. Jody is passionate about spreading the message of the importance of fun at work and delivers over fifty motivational speeches per year.

Jody is a former stand-up comedian and incorporates comedy into her presentations. Her humorous approach helps audiences retain her solutions and implement her information. She is the author of the bestselling book All Work & No SAY and syndicated column, The Joy of Work.
