This year’s event features 90 spaces for exhibitors at the Red Deer Resort & Casino.

  • Each exhibitor space is $1,500.
  • Booth sizes are 10’x10’ curtained on both sides and back. A 3’x6’ table and skirting with two chairs, carpeting, and a duplex receptacle are included in the rental.
  • Space is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Spaces will be assigned by the planning committee with prime space reserved for Platinum and Silver Sponsors.

Exhibitors are welcome to book one booth for the Conference and if you are interested in another booth to please check that in the form below. We will contact you after August 15, 2024 should there be any available space.

Each Exhibitor will receive meal tickets for two members of each booth. Additional meal tickets can be purchased for $200 either at the time of registration or at the main reception table during the conference.

Installation
Sunday September 15 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or Monday September 16 from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Dismantling
Begins at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday September 17.
